At Moving Help Mobile, we specialize in providing local moving help that is both punctual and professional throughout Mobile County and surrounding areas. Our dedicated mover team is equipped to handle items over 400 lbs with care, ensuring a smooth and stress-free relocation process. Please note that we do not transport items from state to state. We do not refund missed appointments for labor or rental services; however, appointments for labor can be rescheduled. Appointments for rentals cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Labor fees are not refunded unless damages exceed the charges; in such cases, you would be refunded and compensated for any damages incurred. We take full responsibility for the safety of your moving items and property in all our services. Transport safety is only guaranteed for properly packed items with appropriate packaging and protective wrapping. Packaging materials are available for an extra charge on-site and will be assessed and billed at the end of our services, along with packing labor. We fully commit to loading or unloading a truck within its safest capacity only, with no exceptions. Truck rental is a flat fee via U-Haul, and gas charges will be assessed and billed at the end of services on-site. Onsite payments can be made over the phone via a virtual terminal with card information, or through a payment link sent via text or email. Full payment is due on the day services are completed. A labor deposit is required for a minimum of three hours of labor, with all additional time billed in increments of 15 minutes. While we do not guarantee exact labor times for your moving services, we ensure customer satisfaction through timely and efficient work. We require a minimum of two laborers per service. Items weighing 400 lbs or less are covered for the minimum deposit, while items over 400 lbs incur an added fee per item.
